Introduction

LifeSummary AI, LLC (“LifeSummary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a secure platform that helps individuals store and make sense of important life documents. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites and services (the “Services”).

Entity: LifeSummary AI, LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) Principal place of business: Scottsdale, Arizona.

US‑only: Our Services are intended for use in the United States only. We do not offer accounts to individuals outside the US. If you access the Services from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

1. Scope and Roles

Consumer product (direct to individuals). We act as a business/controller when providing the consumer version of LifeSummary. We determine the purposes and means of processing to deliver the Services you request.

B2B/API (for business customers). When a business customer uses our API to process its end users’ documents, we act as that customer’s service provider/processor and process personal information only on written instructions from that customer. Our Service Provider/Processor Addendum below applies to those scenarios.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & profile. Name, email, phone (for two‑factor authentication), and settings.
  • Document content you upload. Files and metadata you choose to store (e.g., insurance policies, financial statements, legal agreements). Depending on what you upload, this may include Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, or similar identifiers. Please do not upload medical records or other health information.
  • Usage & device data. Log data, IP address, device and browser type, settings, crash/diagnostics, coarse location (derived from IP), and interactions with the Services.
  • Payment data. If you purchase a subscription, limited billing details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Support communications. Content you send us (e.g., support tickets, feedback) and related metadata.
  • Children. The Services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
  1. How We Use Information
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and customer support.
  • Secure the Services, prevent fraud/abuse, and diagnose issues.
  • Communicate with you about features, updates, and policy changes.
  • Analyze usage to plan and enhance our Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  1. AI Technology & Data Processing
  • Model providers and training. We use hosted AI models (Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI) configured so that your prompts, outputs, and document content are not used to train those providers’ models. We also do not use your document content to train LifeSummary models unless you give us explicit opt‑in consent (default is off).
  • Where processing happens. Document content is processed within our cloud tenancy; we do not send your documents to third‑party vendors outside that environment.
  • Limited human review. Authorized personnel may access content only to (i) respond to your support requests, (ii) investigate security, abuse, or legal issues, or (iii) improve quality with your explicit consent. Access is role‑based, logged, and time‑limited.
  1. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our marketing site uses cookies and pixels (e.g., analytics and retargeting) to measure site performance and, where permitted, show ads about LifeSummary on other sites. We do not exchange your account documents or contents for advertising.

Your choices. Manage cookies using your browser settings. Where required by state law, you can also use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising link to opt out of cross‑context behavioral advertising. We honor legally recognized opt‑out preference signals (for example, Global Privacy Control) as they become available and are required by law.

  1. Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs, IP address) with advertising partners to show ads about LifeSummary on other sites (cross‑context behavioral advertising). You can opt out at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising link. We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information, and we do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you.

  1. Your Privacy Rights (US State Laws)

Residents of certain US states have rights to: confirm processing; access; portability; correction; deletion; and to opt out of sale/share, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. California residents also have the right to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information and to use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights. Email legal@lifesummary.ai or use available in‑product controls. We will respond within 45 days (and may extend once by 45 days where permitted). We will take reasonable steps to verify your request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; you may also contact your state attorney general.

Notice at Collection (California). See Addendum D below for a concise version used on our sign‑up pages.

  1. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services and as required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

  • Deletion on request. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or irreversibly de‑identify your documents and account data within 30 days of verifying your request.
  • Logs and backups. Security and audit logs may be retained for up to 2 years. Some artifacts may persist briefly in encrypted backups and caches.

9.Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest; access controls; logging and monitoring; vulnerability management; and employee confidentiality and security training. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II attestation and will update this Policy when certification is achieved.

  1. International Users

We do not offer accounts to individuals outside the United States and do not target our Services to non‑US residents.

 

  1. Do Not Track & Opt‑Out Signals

We do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Where required by law, we process legally recognized opt‑out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) as requests to opt out of sale/share or targeted advertising.

We do not collect precise geolocation or biometric identifiers.

Sources. You (directly), your devices, and, if you connect them in the future, third‑party services you authorize.

Business/Commercial purposes. Provide Services; secure and debug; customer support; analytics; service improvement; marketing our own Services.

Disclosures. We disclose personal information to service providers/processors (cloud hosting, analytics, support, payment, email, AI inference within our cloud tenancy). We disclose limited identifiers to advertising partners for our own ads (sharing). We do not sell personal information for money and do not sell/share SPI.

Exercising your rights. Email legal@lifesummary.ai, use footer links, or use available in‑product controls. Response within 45 days (one extension permitted). Appeals: reply to our decision email; unresolved complaints may be escalated to your state attorney general. Authorized agents (CA): we honor requests submitted by a verified agent.

Non‑discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of services because you exercised your rights.

Addendum C — Service Provider/Processor (Short‑Form)

When we provide our API to a business customer, we act as that customer’s service provider/processor with respect to the personal information processed on its behalf. We will: (a) process only on documented instructions; (b) implement appropriate security; (c) ensure personnel confidentiality; (d) obtain consent before engaging sub‑processors and remain responsible for them; (e) assist with security incidents and data subject requests; (f) delete or return personal information at the end of the services; and (g) make available information needed to demonstrate compliance. We will not sell or share personal information, or combine it with other data for advertising or to build profiles, except as permitted for providing and securing the services.

Addendum D — California “Notice at Collection” (Sign‑Up)

Notice at Collection. We collect the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy to operate the Service, secure accounts, and support and improve features. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited identifiers for advertising our own Services; you can opt out at any time. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LifeSummary AI, LLC (“LifeSummary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the LifeSummary websites and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Entity: LifeSummary AI, LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) · 

Principal place of business: Scottsdale, Arizona.

US-only: The Service is offered in the United States only and is intended for individuals 18+. Do not use the Service if you are outside the United States or under 18.

  1. The Service

LifeSummary helps you securely store, organize, and analyze important life documents (for example, insurance policies, financial statements, legal agreements, and similar records). Do not upload medical records or other health information. The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice; content is for informational purposes only.

  1. Accounts & Security

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and must keep your credentials confidential. We may require two‑factor authentication and additional verification for sensitive actions.

  1. Your Content

Ownership. You retain all rights to the documents and content you submit (“Your Content”).

License to operate the Service. Solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service you request, you grant LifeSummary a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce (for technical purposes), process, transmit, and display Your Content. We do not create derivative works of Your Content for our own products and we do not use Your Content to train AI/ML models, unless you provide explicit opt‑in consent. We may use de‑identified and aggregated usage information to improve the Service.

No PHI. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) or medical records. If we become aware that Your Content contains PHI, we may delete or restrict access to such content.

  1. Acceptable Use
  • No illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no malware.
  • No attempts to access another user’s account or data, or to bypass security.
  • No high‑risk uses (medical diagnosis, emergency response, life support, critical infrastructure).
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, indexing, or mining of the Service or outputs except as permitted by a written agreement.
  • No uploading of medical records or PHI.
  1. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Private Beta. During the private beta, the Service is free of charge and supports unlimited documents. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time; no uptime commitments apply.

Paid subscriptions (if launched later). If you enroll in a paid plan, your subscription will auto‑renew at the then‑current price unless you cancel before the end of the current term. For annual plans, we will email a renewal reminder 30–45 days before renewal. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

  1. Third‑Party Links & Connectors

The Service may offer optional connectors to third‑party services (e.g., cloud storage, email). If you enable a connector, you authorize LifeSummary to access and process data from that service as instructed by you. We are not responsible for third‑party services or their terms and privacy practices. We may suspend connectors to protect users, comply with law, or address risk.

  1. Intellectual Property; Feedback

Our IP. The Service (excluding Your Content), including software, site design, and content, is owned by LifeSummary or our licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand features.

Feedback. You grant LifeSummary a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use ideas, suggestions, and feedback you submit to improve and market the Service without obligation to you.

  1. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIFESUMMARY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. LIFESUMMARY DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFESUMMARY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. EXCEPT FOR YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS (IF ANY) AND YOUR INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LIFESUMMARY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (IF ANY).

  1. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold LifeSummary and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

  1. Privacy; Data Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and your rights and choices. Upon verified request to delete your account, we delete or irreversibly de‑identify your documents and account data within 30 days, retaining security/audit logs for up to 2 years.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law; Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts‑of‑laws principles. Except as set forth below, the exclusive venue for any action will be Wilmington, Delaware.

Binding Arbitration; JAMS. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules (or JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards if applicable). The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. YOU AND LIFESUMMARY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND LIFESUMMARY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Small‑Claims Court; Injunctive Relief. Either party may bring an individual action in small‑claims court. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or use of data.

30‑Day Opt‑Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@lifesummary.ai with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. If you opt out, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware.

 

  1. DMCA — Copyright Agent

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). If we remove content in response to a notice, we may notify the user and accept a counter‑notice as permitted by law.

  1. Export Controls and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions, and that you are not a prohibited party under U.S. export‑control or sanctions laws. You will not use the Service in violation of such laws.

  1. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases; any retained content remains subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in‑product notice) and update the effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Addendum A — Beta Program (Private Beta)

Eligibility. Invitation‑only; accounts may be suspended or ended at any time.

Nature of Beta. Features are experimental and may be incomplete. Beta features may break, be unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

No SLA; Support. No uptime commitments or support SLAs apply during beta.

Fees. During private beta, the Service is offered at no charge and supports unlimited documents.

Feedback. You grant LifeSummary a license to use feedback as described above.

Addendum B — API Terms (for Business Customers)

Keys & Security. Keep API keys confidential; do not embed keys in client‑side code. You are responsible for all usage via your keys.

Rate Limits. We may publish and enforce rate limits to protect the Service. Do not attempt to circumvent limits.

Permitted Use. Use the API only to integrate with your applications for your users and in compliance with our documentation and these Terms. Do not resell, redistribute, or provide API output as a stand‑alone dataset or service without written permission.

Data Handling. You will obtain all necessary rights from your end users and provide legally adequate privacy disclosures. When we process personal information via the API on your behalf, we act as your service provider/processor under a separate Data Processing Addendum.

Suspension. We may suspend API access to address security, legal, or operational risks.

When we provide our API to a business customer, we act as that customer’s service provider/processor with respect to the personal information processed on its behalf. We will: (a) process only on documented instructions; (b) implement appropriate security; (c) ensure personnel confidentiality; (d) obtain consent before engaging sub‑processors and remain responsible for them; (e) assist with security incidents and data subject requests; (f) delete or return personal information at the end of the services; and (g) make available information needed to demonstrate compliance. We will not sell or share personal information, or combine it with other data for advertising or to build profiles, except as permitted for providing and securing the services.

Addendum D — California “Notice at Collection” (Sign‑Up)

Notice at Collection. We collect the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy to operate the Service, secure accounts, and support and improve features. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited identifiers for advertising our own Services; you can opt out at any time. Introduction

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LifeSummary AI, LLC (“LifeSummary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the LifeSummary websites and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Entity: LifeSummary AI, LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) · 

Principal place of business: Scottsdale, Arizona.

US-only: The Service is offered in the United States only and is intended for individuals 18+. Do not use the Service if you are outside the United States or under 18.

  1. The Service

LifeSummary helps you securely store, organize, and analyze important life documents (for example, insurance policies, financial statements, legal agreements, and similar records). Do not upload medical records or other health information. The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice; content is for informational purposes only.

  1. Accounts & Security

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and must keep your credentials confidential. We may require two‑factor authentication and additional verification for sensitive actions.

  1. Your Content

Ownership. You retain all rights to the documents and content you submit (“Your Content”).

License to operate the Service. Solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service you request, you grant LifeSummary a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce (for technical purposes), process, transmit, and display Your Content. We do not create derivative works of Your Content for our own products and we do not use Your Content to train AI/ML models, unless you provide explicit opt‑in consent. We may use de‑identified and aggregated usage information to improve the Service.

No PHI. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) or medical records. If we become aware that Your Content contains PHI, we may delete or restrict access to such content.

  1. Acceptable Use
  • No illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no malware.
  • No attempts to access another user’s account or data, or to bypass security.
  • No high‑risk uses (medical diagnosis, emergency response, life support, critical infrastructure).
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, indexing, or mining of the Service or outputs except as permitted by a written agreement.
  • No uploading of medical records or PHI.
  1. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Private Beta. During the private beta, the Service is free of charge and supports unlimited documents. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time; no uptime commitments apply.

Paid subscriptions (if launched later). If you enroll in a paid plan, your subscription will auto‑renew at the then‑current price unless you cancel before the end of the current term. For annual plans, we will email a renewal reminder 30–45 days before renewal. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

  1. Third‑Party Links & Connectors

The Service may offer optional connectors to third‑party services (e.g., cloud storage, email). If you enable a connector, you authorize LifeSummary to access and process data from that service as instructed by you. We are not responsible for third‑party services or their terms and privacy practices. We may suspend connectors to protect users, comply with law, or address risk.

  1. Intellectual Property; Feedback

Our IP. The Service (excluding Your Content), including software, site design, and content, is owned by LifeSummary or our licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand features.

Feedback. You grant LifeSummary a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use ideas, suggestions, and feedback you submit to improve and market the Service without obligation to you.

  1. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIFESUMMARY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. LIFESUMMARY DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFESUMMARY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. EXCEPT FOR YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS (IF ANY) AND YOUR INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LIFESUMMARY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (IF ANY).

  1. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold LifeSummary and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

  1. Privacy; Data Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and your rights and choices. Upon verified request to delete your account, we delete or irreversibly de‑identify your documents and account data within 30 days, retaining security/audit logs for up to 2 years.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law; Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts‑of‑laws principles. Except as set forth below, the exclusive venue for any action will be Wilmington, Delaware.

Binding Arbitration; JAMS. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules (or JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards if applicable). The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. YOU AND LIFESUMMARY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND LIFESUMMARY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Small‑Claims Court; Injunctive Relief. Either party may bring an individual action in small‑claims court. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or use of data.

30‑Day Opt‑Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@lifesummary.ai with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. If you opt out, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). If we remove content in response to a notice, we may notify the user and accept a counter‑notice as permitted by law.

  1. Export Controls and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions, and that you are not a prohibited party under U.S. export‑control or sanctions laws. You will not use the Service in violation of such laws.

  1. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases; any retained content remains subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in‑product notice) and update the effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Addendum A — Beta Program (Private Beta)

Eligibility. Invitation‑only; accounts may be suspended or ended at any time.

Nature of Beta. Features are experimental and may be incomplete. Beta features may break, be unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

No SLA; Support. No uptime commitments or support SLAs apply during beta.

Fees. During private beta, the Service is offered at no charge and supports unlimited documents.

Feedback. You grant LifeSummary a license to use feedback as described above.

Addendum B — API Terms (for Business Customers)

Keys & Security. Keep API keys confidential; do not embed keys in client‑side code. You are responsible for all usage via your keys.

Rate Limits. We may publish and enforce rate limits to protect the Service. Do not attempt to circumvent limits.

Permitted Use. Use the API only to integrate with your applications for your users and in compliance with our documentation and these Terms. Do not resell, redistribute, or provide API output as a stand‑alone dataset or service without written permission.

Data Handling. You will obtain all necessary rights from your end users and provide legally adequate privacy disclosures. When we process personal information via the API on your behalf, we act as your service provider/processor under a separate Data Processing Addendum.

Suspension. We may suspend API access to address security, legal, or operational risks.
